Delighla Brehm is a skillful and knowledgeable attorney practicing in the areas of real estate law, family law and estate planning. Delighla has extensive real estate industry knowledge as she has been a real estate agent since 1996. As a real estate professional Delighla gained experience in sale, landlord/tenant and property management, land development and HOA formation, residential building and construction. In 2013 Delighla decided to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer. While in law school she excelled academically earning the prestigious Cali award in Healthcare Law and Legal Analysis. She was admitted to Moot Court where she competed and was also the Moot Court President for two years. She graduated Cum Laude with honors and was also awarded the Public Service Award. After passing the bar, Delighla worked for several area law firms gaining valuable experience in family law where she helped families going through divorces, child custody and child support cases. She also assisted with real estate closings for a local law firm in the Low Country of South Carolina. In December of 2020, Delighla decided to open her own firm where she can advocate for her family law clients and pursue her passion in real estate law. Delighla is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the Beaufort County Bar Association, and the Hilton Head Island Bar Association.
